30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact Mordan Pick immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care and beauty products

• Hazardous materials

• Flammable liquids or gases

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once Mordan Pick receives and inspects your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
