Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time (USA Only)

We currently ship only within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: 5–12 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

From time to time, Mordan Pick may offer Free Shipping on eligible orders or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, Mordan Pick is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• High shipping volumes

• Other events beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at sheikhhuzaifa20008@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

• Photos of the shipping package

We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
